PR-01
Microsoft Clarity analytics
With permission, Microsoft Clarity helps EFVD understand how visitors use public pages. This includes clicks, scrolling, navigation, device and browser information, and reconstructed interaction sessions. EFVD uses these insights to improve navigation, guides, event information, and public calls to action.
Clarity advertising storage is disabled. EFVD does not use Clarity to identify visitors or serve targeted advertising.
PR-02
Your analytics choice
Clarity is disabled by default. Its script loads only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. If the visitor selects Continue without analytics, the Clarity script does not load.
The choice is stored in the browser on that device. Use the Privacy choices control at any time to change it. Withdrawing permission clears EFVD's Clarity cookies and reloads the page without Clarity.
PR-03
Data handling and masking
Clarity masks sensitive content and form inputs. EFVD keeps masking enabled and does not intentionally send private Discord information, application records, payment information, or unpublished event data through this website integration.
Microsoft controls Clarity's processing and retention. Review the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Clarity documentation for current details.
PR-04
Public driver profiles and broadcast data
The profile and broadcast fields a driver submits for competition are intentionally public. EFVD may show those fields on public websites, broadcasts, overlays, event graphics, and other competition media. Viewers and other third parties may copy or share published profile information. EFVD cannot control copies made by third parties after publication.
PayPal email addresses, payment confirmations, transaction references, and other payment details are never public. EFVD keeps them private and uses them only for payment and payout operations. This public profile policy does not make private information public or authorize anyone to access, copy, or share it. EFVD uses reasonable safeguards, but no storage, transmission, platform, or security system can be guaranteed completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EFVD disclaims responsibility and liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse caused by third parties, platform or service failures, cyberattacks, user conduct, or circumstances beyond EFVD's reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any obligation, liability, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
