Welcome to EFVD
EFVD runs organized virtual drift events built around clean battles, driver preparation and community respect.
New drivers must apply to EFVD first. Staff manually reviews each application. Approved drivers may then complete a permanent My EFVD profile and request entry into individual events.
You do not need an EFVD License to learn about EFVD or apply. Staff reviews Licensed Driver status later based on event history and driver standards.

Who Can Apply?
Yes. Any driver can apply to EFVD. Staff manually reviews every application. Approval is not automatic and does not guarantee entry into any event. Event registration is a separate staff decision made later.
Initial application review covers the driver and their readiness. Car compliance, event capacity and format fit are reviewed later for each event registration.

What application approval means
Approval lets you complete your permanent My EFVD profile and makes you eligible to register for events. It does not approve an event registration, car, payment or place in a future event.
What staff expects
At your first event, show that you are prepared, respectful, reliable and serious about the competition.

Driver Pathway
New drivers begin with the EFVD Application. Approved drivers without a license receive Wild Card eligibility. They complete a permanent My EFVD profile and may then submit staff-reviewed registrations for individual events. Drivers with a consistent event history may later be reviewed for an EFVD License.

What You Need to Compete
Prepare before event week. Your simulator, car files, connection and schedule should be ready before the live event begins.

First Event Flow
These steps summarize your first event. See the Competition Guide for full event procedures.

Apply to EFVD
Submit the initial driver application for manual staff review.

Complete My EFVD
After approval, complete your permanent profile and submit a separate event registration when a round opens.

Registration Review
Event Ops manually reviews the registration for that round. Submission does not guarantee entry.

Final Tech & Payment
After Event Ops confirms your registration, submit the selected car for Final Tech. Pay the entry fee only after the car is approved and My EFVD opens payment.

Launcher Checks
Complete the EFVD Launcher checks for the event package, track, Start Lights, Steam and wheel.

Complete judged solo runs and stay ready for staging.

Top qualified drivers run tandem battles. EFVD targets Top 32 when event size allows.

How to Earn a License
Results alone do not determine EFVD License status. Staff also considers driving quality, reliability, preparation, communication and conduct.
Be reliable
Arrive on time, attend briefing, stay available when called and communicate early if plans change.
Submit clean work
Read the rules, submit clean files, test your setup and fix technical issues promptly.
Drive with control
Focus on line, angle, proximity, chase discipline, decision-making and clean battles.
Handle calls properly
Accept judge decisions live. After the event, request a Free Judging Clarification privately if you need an explanation.
Handle issues correctly
Avoid public arguments, sponsor attacks, harassment and conduct that creates unnecessary staff work.
Follow event procedures
Follow event procedures to keep registration, technical review, staging and live competition on schedule.

Common New Driver Mistakes
Most first-event problems are preventable. Avoid these mistakes because they can affect eligibility, event flow or future selection.
